We try to handle all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually handled within 3-5 working days. However, it is possible that an item is out of stock or that delivery times are delayed. In that case, you will be informed by email or telephone.


You have the right to return the product to A Beautiful Story within seven (7) days after delivery. Returns are accepted if the packaging of the product is undamaged, noting that all costs for returns is your own expense.

If something is wrong with your order, write to A Beautiful Story within seven (7) days of delivery, or within a reasonable period of time after which you have detected a fault with your product. Should it be demonstrated that a product does not meet the stipulations of the agreement, A Beautiful Story may decide whether you will receive a replacement or be refunded for the invoice value of the product.


The products you receive may differ slightly from the image on the website. This is due to the fact that we use unique materials. Of course, we only work with the highest quality available.


Satisfied customers are our top priority. We want nothing more than for our consumers to continue to tell our wonderful stories! That’s why we offer a one-year warranty on all our items. The receipt is your proof of purchase. If a problem should occur after this year, please feel free to contact us. We can try to help you find a solution, and in some cases will offer you some compensation.
